	Description:  Repairing, restoring and maintaining instruments and gear Work on instruments and equipment for a band on tour Work on maintain instruments and gear in a shop setting Perform repetitive tasks without losing focus If working in a live setting - dealing with enormous pressure If in a live setting - dealing with occasional hysteria and / or abuse from musicians
	Requirements: Thorough knowledge of electronics and physics Knowledge of instrument construction and repair Ability to use electronic diagnostic tools Proficiency with shop tools of all kinds Able to easily handle a wide variety of tasks Perform repetitive tasks without losing focus Able to quickly break down and just as quickly reassemble gear Helpful to have had apprenticeship with a luthier Good sense of logic and deductive reasoning for troubleshooting equipment failures Experience with a wide variety of current and vintage gear Able to calmly handle sudden equipment malfunctions Ability to calmly handle musician's rants Able to handle the unexpected Ability to withstand electrical shocks   :-)
